Caipirinha
• 2 oz Cachaça
• 4–6 lime wedges
• 0.5 oz 2:1 simple syrup (or 1 bar spoon granulated sugar)
• Muddle lime wedges with sugar or syrup
• Add cachaça and ice, then short shake or churn in glass
• Serve in a double rocks glass
• Garnish: none or lime wedge
