Amaretto Sour

• 1.50 oz Amaretto (e.g, Disaronno) • 0.75 oz Bourbon (e.g., Buffalo Trace) • 1.00 oz fresh lemon juice • 0.25 oz 2:1 simple syrup • 0.50 oz egg white (or whole small egg) • Dry shake, then shake with ice • Fine strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice • Garnish: lemon wheel and cherry (optional)
