• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz dry curaçao (e.g., Pierre Ferrand)
• 0.25 oz orgeat
• Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass over crushed or pebble ice
• Garnish: mint sprig and spent lime shell
