Midori Sour
• 1.5 oz Midori
• 0.5 oz vodka (optional, for strength)
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz 2:1 simple syrup
• 1 egg white (optional, for texture)
• Shake without ice (if using egg white), then shake with ice
• Fine strain into a chilled coupe or serve over ice in a rocks glass
• Garnish: cherry or none
