Piña Colada
• 2 oz white rum (well or mid-tier)
• 1.5 oz Coco López (cream of coconut)
• 1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz lime juice (optional, for brightness)
• Blend with crushed ice or shake and serve over pebble ice in a hurricane or Collins glass
• Garnish: pineapple wedge and cherry
