Whiskey Sour
• 2 oz Bourbon (well or mid-tier)
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 oz 2:1 simple syrup
• Optional: 1 egg white
• Shake (dry first if using egg white), then shake with ice and fine strain into a rocks glass over ice or serve up
• Garnish: lemon wheel or cherry (optional)
